Overview

Invader Hunting Boats respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") and other applicable copyright laws.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material available on or through our website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification in writing to our designated copyright agent. The notification must include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or under the law, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our designated copyright agent:

• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  
  
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  
  
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if you are located outside of the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which [Website/Company Name] may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.

Removal of Infringing Content

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also terminate the accounts of users deemed to be repeat infringers.

Changes to Policy

Invader Hunting Boats reserves the right to modify or amend this DMCA policy at any time and for any reason. Any changes will be posted on this page.
