Captain Seth Fowler, 24' SeaArk
Seth was second in line to give INVADER HUNTING BOATS an opportunity to turn his new 24' SeaArk boat into a Bowfishing Machine. With a 200 SUZUKI, it's one of the Fastest SeaArk in Southern Mayland. The Platform boasts a substantial custom-built bow box and light boxes with a combination of high-pressure sodium lights and LED Lights around the perimeter and rope LED lights on the deck and surrounding area. Seth used an existing storage box for his ballasts which was ample space. The platform was sandblasted and powder-coated black, it has built-in lifting eyes for removal in the winter months to transform into a duck hunting rig. Seth regularly bowfishes and hunts in Maryland and Virginia and is an avid sportsman.

Captain Ben Fowler, 24' SeaArk
Ben is one of the partners in Last Look Outfitters and owns boat #2. Another 24' SeaArk. Last Look is one of the premier bow fishing outfitters in Maryland and Virginia that regularly haunt the shallows in search of finned targets. Ben's build came out better than expected, We modified his existing platform by adding on to create a large bow fishing platform. Light Cans were added around the perimeter to accommodate 6 clients. New lighting was added. An oversize BOW BOX was created with water-resistant compartments for light ballasts /electrical wiring. Moving AFT, we added the largest insulated KILLBOX to date complete with 1" drain and gas shocks mounted to the lid to hold it open. These insulated KILLBOX's are heavy-duty and will hold ice for days. Beyond the KILLBOX, we built a raised seat with storage below and an area on the portside for the Generator to sit. It includes strap-down eyes plus storage below the generator. The platform, Killbox, and raised seating were sand-blasted and powder-coated black.

Austin Higgs, Alumacraft 1860
Austin owns an Alumacraft 1860 with a Yamaha outboard. When we met Austin, we could tell he is a sportsman. Being a senior in High School we can only assume he was on a budget so we did our best to help give him what he wanted and beyond for a reasonable price. Austin purchased a platform large enough for 4 people and added our signature Light Cans with CARPLITE LED Lights. Austin's Platform is completely removable so he can duck hunt in the winter months. Congratulations on graduating High School and the beautiful boat!

Blake Fowler / Last Look Outfitters

I chartered Blake last year for my Grandson’s Birthday which was our deciding factor in starting a boat-building company. We had such a good time bow-fishing on the Potomac with Captain Blake Fowler and 1st Mate Captain Ben Fowler “not related” that compelled us to bring our boat-building ideas to life. Shortly after our trip, INVADER HUNTING BOATS was born.
As I was investigating the business, Blake and I had many conversations about boat designs and improvements in the Bow fishing world that would benefit the sport. As I drew the boat I envisioned, Blake fed me ideas, things he saw that would help his charters.
It wasn’t long before Blake started asking about modifying his boat. His original deck was built and delayed by the builder causing him to miss part of his first season as a Guide. Blake was interested in having us further modify the boat but was a little nervous as we hadn’t gotten electricity in our new building yet.
Long story short, INVADER World Headquarters was energized 45 days later than expected, putting Blake and I both on pins and needles with the beginning of the season weeks away.
Captain Blake originally wanted us to fix a floor issue, add on to his platform, and build a bow-mounted steering podium for the new MUDBUDDY 25HP Mud motor mounted on a jack-plate.
The more we talked, the more in-depth we dove into the project. We started by rebuilding the floor, adding a subframe, and new flooring with dual strainer drains. The bow fishing platform was extended, complete with gas shocks to hold the door in the open position. On either side of the kill box is a widened Gunnel specifically designed as seating and walk-around bow fishing. Under the gunnels is ample storage for customers’ belongings, gaffs, and INVADER push poles. Custom console with GARMIN GPS Chart plotter and custom Switch panel with raised floor for access to wire harness. The rear seat was raised and storage was added; rear light cans, and LED lights, between the rear seat and transom were completely enclosed with access hatches to all mechanical equipment. Lastly, a custom red generator tower with two predator generators was added. The boat was repainted and awaits flooring.
